Hello Parents & Athletes,
I hope you all enjoyed your MDW!! We will be back to work This Sunday!
We are confirmed for this week's sessions for our Spring/Summer Off-Season Programming.
Please take a look at the flyer below to see the scheduling for our Youth Prep Group & High School Prep Group.
Youth Prep Group
Field Work at 1:45pm-4:00pm @ Williams Turf Field
High School Prep
Strength Training 2:30pm-3:45pm @ Sport Stable Weightroom
Field Work at 4:00pm-6:00pm @ Williams Turf Field Please report at the appropriate time and the appropriate location for your athlete's session and for pick up afterwards. Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Parking is free so feel free to bring your lawn chairs, coolers, good vibes. Parents will not be permitted on the field since the session begins. -All Athletes Bring a water bottle, cleats, and workout clothes. -High School Prep Group also please bring gym shoes to lift in.(No Slides) -Bring your best effort & Have Fun. -EPO athletes only are allowed to train with us.
