Epo Update, Sessions Confirmed 3/20 (please read)

Hello Parents,

Thank you for your continued support of EPO and allowing us to work with your athlete(s). I am seeing a lot of increased skill and focus during the sessions from the kids but what I’m loving the most is their is a lot of player bonding going on out there!! It really is special to see the athletes working together, picking each other up, and having fun. This will be great to build on as we head into the spring and summer months.

As some of you saw we had a professional photographer taking action photos of our athletes last Sunday. The photos are amazing and he has a gallery available where you can purchase each photo as a digital download for $10. You can also order a print in any size or on pretty much anything right there via his store. Please take a look here and find the photo of your athlete(s) and purchase them at the link below:

FOR THIS SUNDAY ONLY we are having a slight schedule change. Our hockey program scheduled a combine for their athletes about a year ago this Sunday and I was unable to procure our permit clearance for outdoor training this Sunday but looks like the snow would’ve hindered us from going outside either way so the scheduling for THIS SUNDAY ONLY will be the following:

03/20 Schedule Only:

Youth Prep Session

10:30am check - in

10:45am-1:00pm (field work)

High School Prep Session:

1:45pm check in

2pm - 3:15pm (weight room)

3:30pm - 5:30pm (field work)

Location will Remain at the Sport Stable.

We will return to our regular scheduling next Sunday and I don’t see any schedule changes for the foreseeable future.
