Sessions Cancelled on 02/14

Hello Parents,


First I have to admit this is a much needed break for myself and my trainers. We love working with our athletes but our wives & girlfriends are very happy to have us home for a Sunday! Happy Wife...you know the rest!


With that this Sunday please spend time with your significant other! We will be getting back to work on our regular schedule Sunday FEBRUARY 21ST!!
